Our Service Centre:
SPG have been providing the Service and Maintenance (24hours a day 365 days of the year) for our clients since we commenced trading in 2002.
All Service Administration and Call Management will be carried out from our Service Bureau in our head office in Galashiels, supported by our Service Hubs in Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow and our out of hours call centre in Glasgow.
Due to the nature of these contracts all our staff are skilled in the management and delivery of carrying out reactive and preventative service visits to occupied premises and are Security Screened to the requirements of BS7858.
All engineers carry P.D.A.’s which enable live, paperless reporting on all activities such as installation remedial work, corrective action and preventative maintenance.
Our advanced electronic management system can track the location and availability of all on-duty service engineers, matching their individual skills and training with the specification of your system, to ensure you receive the expertise you need.
