SPG Security Systems is an independently owned company incorporated in 2002 by founding Directors Simon Gillie and Frank McCann.

We have been vetted by Construction Line and Achilles UDB, CHAS. We also hold NSI approval for security and are BAFE SP203 approved for fire.

Our main activities are the Design, Installation and maintenance of the following disciplines

• Access Control Systems
• Closed Circuit Television Systems
• Fire Detection Systems
• Intruder Alarm Systems

We have recently completed a variety of major projects, a small selection of such projects are listed below.

• Scotstoun Stadium Redevelopment
  Installation of the following systems CCTV, Intruder, Access, Fire, Disabled Refuge and Disabled toilets.
• Heart of Hawick Project
  Installation of the following systems CCTV/Intruder/Access/Disabled Refuge/Fire Alarm Inc Voice Alarm & Public Address
• Midlothian Council Upgrade of Public space CCTV systems
  Upgrade of all of the CCTV cameras, fibre optic cabling and transmission equipment in the following towns Dalkeith/ Bonnyrigg/ Penikulk / Danderhall/ Loanhead
• Public space CCTV system installation in Eyemouth Town Centre
  Installation of a new public space CCTV system and recording centre which included civil works, cabling, new video transmission and fully functional cameras.

Within the company we have provision for the full design service to our clients including CAD facilities.
